Default Good, Inexpensive Laptop for Multitabling

I'm sure this question has been asked before countless times, however the search button has proven itself utterly useless to me. I'm looking for an inexpensive (<$1000) laptop for 4-tabling that runs Windows (unless someone can convince me of why I would go with a MAC). All I want it have is a screen and processor capable of handing 4 tables of poker up, possibly two different programs/sites at once, and can handle basic software like Office. Good battery life and wireless card are also musts. Anything else you can tell that I should be looking for in a laptop would also be extremely appreciated by me, as I have owned desktop PCs my entire life. I will of course research this on my own as well, but I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. TIA
