I'm going to assume you know that they brew many other beers. Anyways, he wouldn't like a Sierra Pale. 18, can't handle Guinness, hasn't moved beyond Bud Light. Something a little lower on the IBUs would be better for him.

I'd go for something crisp and refreshing to cut through the sauce and cheese...Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a good choice.
