Default How do you play with a big stack

I've been playing and reading this forum for some time, but I haven't seen any advice on what to do if you happen to take a large chip-lead early. Now I know this is not likely
to happen with the play-it-very-tight-early technique but
I managed to treble up on the first hand last night and I was a little lost.

I was dealt rockets, hit trips on the flop and went all in
against someone who had matched his pocket Jacks (harsh) and
someone calling needing a 10 for a straight (fish).

Anyway once I've got 4,500 chip and no-one else is above 1500 (this is stars) how do should I modify my play ...
