Default What\'s up with frequentflopper and PSO?

I joined frequentflopper for rake back at Absolute about 3 weeks ago. I have not heard from them. I joined PSO for Absolute thinking that frequentflopper and PSO are one in the same. I have played ~9k hands at AP and not a word from either. When I check my acct at PSO, my status is still pending due to hand requirements. Hmm, 9k hands ain't enough?

There is no way to contact frequentflopper. When I finish here, I will be emailing PSO.

Any thoughts?

PSO has a forum..post there and you will be answered usually within 30 minutes. PSO CS is pretty damn good like that.

The answer you seek is probably somewhere in there, if not they answer posts on the support forum very quickly (30-60 minute turnaround, usually)

Just post a message in the support forum with your absolute username and pso username.

Right now Absolute is tracking each individual referee manually. They don't have an automated process yet, so everything has been delayed.

I thought Absolute was an auto-rakeback site, they put the $ into your account at Absolute not thru PSO or FFP.

I'm not totally sure if this applies to you, but from what I know it is up to the player to tell PSO that they have met the hand requirements. You do this in my PSO and this starts the process rolling. Now this is for a free gift that required a certain number of raked hands, so maybe what you are doing is different.

just a follow up. i posted at PSO and everything is cleared up. FFP sends the prior month's rake early the next month. i just thought i would hear from them as some kind of confirmation. also FFP are pretty much one in the same as PSO. i asked PSO if i am eligable for their perks since i signed up at FFP. will let you know.

They are the same, isn't that obvious? Also it is obvious you can either get the perks or the frequent flopper points but not both.

you can only either get one of the freebies [points, table, cards, etc] or you can do the FFP but not both
