i could care less about OSOP discussions. however, posters should leave ISOP out of it. i won't enter these threads unless there is an unfair comparison that needs to be clarified or untrue innuendo that needs to be defended.

OSOP is a strog concept. build it on ots own merits.

In your first reply you say that the OSOP is an affiliate scheme run by PSO. In the other reply you ask if I'm the owner. Which is it? Can I ask why you are putting down the OSOP? There's an obvious answer, but would like to here yours.

[/ QUOTE ]

you made a post about ISOP the other day that was followed 5 minutes later by an OSOP announcemenent. no coincidence there. just a set-up for the announcement.

that is why i asked what i did.

I apologize for comparing them.

It just seemed like there were some hurt feelings over whatever happened with the ISOP, and I hoped that didn't affect this new series. I'm glad that I'm wrong, and I hope this becomes a success.

I guess we'll see when we check out the attendance at the first event.

Thank you, hopefully now you can understand why your unjust claims of it being "an affiliate scheme" is to be defended.

Coincidence = Yes. I never made that ISOP post, nor do I know the person that did.

Just to clarify for the sake of fairness, it was Augie that made the ISOP post.

Do you know that if you are associated with a site in any way you have to declare your position here?
You clearly have a vested interest, it would be mutually beneficial if we all knew what it was.

What will be interesting, is if you have to "register" with the OSOP, or just choose to play in the events.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think having to register with OSOP might work against them too, but since they are paying prizes to the tournament leaders and people could have different names at different poker sites, this might be the only way to track them. They will miss the late walk in and play traffic they might have gotten for tournaments in the $109 range.
