You are asking for an almost impossible combo of loose hot chicks/availability of illicit substances/large metropolitan area with well planned mass transit/ideal climate/excursion opportunities. It might be hard to roll them all up in one place.

I would normally say Cancun, but who knows how great of shape it will be in come March. But I bet it will be fine. Mexican weed sucks. But the coke is good. Hot American and Mexican chicks frollick everywhere. Just don't pee in public places. And go downtown to find $.50 Coronas. And ride the bus everywhere you go. Bring beers on the bus. At night, loosen up all the bus riders by starting a bus party. No kidding. You may get to see boobies this way.
Hang on street corners where there's black guys playing loud Eminem music late at night. Stay up til four. Harass the pizza deliver dudes on their mopeds. Try to steal a taxi when the driver is peeing on the side of the road. Then take a picture with him when he catches you. Sneak into all you can eat buffets. Find a way to get an all-you-can drink bracelet at your hotel. Buy it if you have to. Drink at the bar all night. Bet some dude you can't snort lime and salt. Win. Talk to everybody. Socializing is the best part. And I'm sure some famous musician/comedian/performer will be performing over spring break, like always. Go there. Find VIP tickets and go to clubs. Get really smashed. Try to make out with every girl you dance with. It becomes a game. Ya gotta want it. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Kyle

I've been to the Bahamas and Acapulco on spring break... I liked the Bahamas much more, Acapulco was TOO crazy for me. I literally didnt eat for 3 days and drank/did drugs, it was crazy.

1. Amsterdam 2. Negril 3. Rio 4. Cancun 5. Acapulco Can anyone go into more detail in the differences between Cancun and Acapulco? All the highschool kids go to Cancun for spring break, so that's my biggest problem with Cancun. BTW, Anyone ever been to Puerto Rico?

There are as many Americans as Mexicans. Most tourists in Acapulco are from Mexico City.

Acapulco was great. Some of the best clubs around. A week is a LONG time to be there if you plan on going all out. Mostly everyone I was with/have talked to was well burned out by the fourth or fifth day.
You will definately not have trouble finding college chicks there as its a huge spring break destination for colleges. You will be able to find drugs, just dont get caught by the federales, they will take all your money at the least.
