Default no more instant starts deposit cashouts?

a day ago i dropped 300 in my stars account, 10 of which was to pay for a fantasy football league im in and the other to play around with in some tourneys to clear bonus. i decided i didnt want this, and went to cashout the remaining 290 where im told i have to wait 48 hours after by deposit? didnt they used to instantly send it back to your neteller if it was equal to or less than your deposit (ie they never really "sent" it)

They have instant cashouts. They just have a rule that you have to leave it in for a minimum of 48 hours. They have to pay transaction fees everytime you move money. The 48 hour rule is their way of discouraging you from cashing in and out a lot.

This is also for security reasons - the longer money is in the system, the more data we get on it, so the more confident we can be that nothing is amiss.

Instant cashouts are only there if you have "unredeemed" deposits. For example, if you deposited a total of $500 from NETeller and cashout $1500, $500 would return to NT immediately. The remaining $1k would go for additional security checks before being cashed out.
