you have good or bad game selection.

it depends on how gus is playing...gus = gus hansen (sp?)

if he's playing bad you have a GREAT game on your hands.

if he's playing tight and good postflop poker, its a bad game b/c chosenkid and chhova can both be good (read: if they are playing well)

clearly, it looks like gus is in rare form.

your assumption may be leading you astray in this case.

Pot odds were like 13:1, so WTF? These guys are super aggressive. They are loose but are also tricky and very tough to put them on a hand which makes them good...to a point. Therefore it takes a deep understanding of the game and the situtation at hand. GusBus was over testing the kids hand at the turn IMO. These guys push marginal hands beyond there limits and he should have know the kid had something or an incredible draw. In the end GusBus didn't have s h i t and he just called because of the odds.

Yep. gusBUS is usually fine (albeit *very* aggressive). Apparently he was tilting, don't try to read some crazy strategy into this play.
