I start with the shower as hot as I can stand it. Then for about the last minute I turn it to as cold as I can stand it. It really gets the blood pumping in the morning. Ensure the shower "takes" too. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

I thought of it as I hit the button and could change the options. Pretend we're talking about just your things, not the wife's.

By the way, if you're married, how are there only 4 things in your shower caddy? Does she not exfoliate, shave her legs, have different conditioner depending on her hair that day, etc, etc, etc?

I start out with it fairly hot, and increase it as the shower progresses. For the last minute or so, I crank it up really hot (hot for me; my fiance complains that my showers are too cold).
