HERO calls [$3]. ** Dealing River (~$13) ** [ 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ] Hobbes89 bets [$4]. HERO calls [$4]. Yikes. I felt very uncomfortable in this hand, even being in position. Flop $2 enough? Bet full pot? Turn Turn is pretty scary. Adds an extra spade, and puts the straight draw on the board. Villain leads. I considered a raise here, but wimped out and just called for $3 to see what happens on the river. River Another spade. Awesome. Now the flush and straight are both definitely out there. Here, i'm -very- glad I have position. The call here for $4 is ok right? I imagine my biggest mistake is not protecting my cards at either the flop or turn. What is standard here? |
