Default Applicability of Small Stakes Hold\'em

I am wondering what limits Small Stakes Hold'em is applicable to. In other words, until what limit is the advice given in the book the best there is? Also, after SSHE is no longer applicable, what book is the best?

I am cross posting this on a few different boards.

Thanks

I think its applicable to any cash limit ring game found on party poker, so I guess that would be up to 30-60.

I think the advice in SSHE is entirely dependent on the players at your table. I regularly play 12-24, 15/30 and 20/40 games with awful opposition and SSHE concepts work great there. Bottom line: when your opponents are making a lot of mistakes and going way to far with weak/no draws, SSHE is great advice, regardless of the limit.
