Default Site employee plays cash games at site

There is talk that a customer service rep at a small site that I visit plays in cash games at the site she works for. Wrong? Or is that OK?

Party & Skins' T&C's prohibit this. They also prohibit vendors of Party from playing there -- so presumably this means all the brokers & lawyers participating in their IPO, etc.

Personally I don't have a problem with it because I give the site's games the presumption of being legit. But I can understand why a Poker site would probably want to prohibit this.

Which site? I noticed you said small site so that what exclude Party & skins, stars, and all the other major sites. I would think a small startup site would definitely want to prohibit this to add to their legitmacy.

this may be generally true but at the horsehoe in tunica, poker dealers are allowed to play poker at the end of their shift provided they i.d. themselves as such if asked.

I was playing in the Aladdin last year, when one of the players on my table cashed out and disappeared, only to reappear about 2 mins later to deal on the same table!
