Default Yet another book post

So I'm looking to get into a few other games because I'm feeling entirely too one dimentional just playing Hold 'Em. I'm thinking stud and omaha would be good choices, but I have no idea where to start as far as preparation.

That being said. If I could buy only one book to prepare me, which should it be?

Gah. Should have put this in the books forum. But it's kind of late for that now. My bad.

I believe 2+2 has a game on omaha and split limit games.

TOP will teach you many broad concepts that can be applied to all forms of poker. it uses many examples from stud, and a few from razz and holdem. i would recommend you buy theory of poker AND a game specific book. for stud, roy west's book will make you a low limit winner. its similar to WLLH but for stud. for higher limit stud 7csfap is the only way to go. for omaha, i like "how is your pot limit omaha" by stewart reuben. for limit O8, "high low split 4ap" by zee is good. no matter which way you go, i think you should get TOP regardless.
