Party Account maintenance

I have 500BB in Stars and wonder if other people keep comparable amounts in there, or does it make more sense to keep it in Netteller or something like that. I read stories of accounts being frozen and wonder if I, because I datamine and use pahud could fall victim to that

Depends what the BB actually is. If you know something is illegal, don't do it. Then you won't have to worry about your bankroll.

I have a Swiss bank account. If you transfer the money to my neteller account, I'll move it to the Swiss account where it will be very safe. Pokerstars won't be able to touch it.

Further clarification--I play 80% of my hands at Party, and was researching Bonus Whoring/Rakeback programs and wondered if people tended to keep their money in a centralized account like Netteller and moved it back and forth between sites offering the bonus and Netteller and back to another Bonus site, etc...

Also, does Netteller charge a fee?
