Default What is a good watch to buy?

I'm starting a job, and want to get a nice watch. What are some good watches that you'd recommend. Something like Movado or something like that. Something that is real nice, but not too flashy for business casual, but not too nice for a suit. Pics would be great too.

Fossil?

I have one that fits that description. Not overly expensive, too, if you shop right.

What I meant is that I've seen Movado and I like those. I don't know much about watches, but haven't seen many that I like. And I don't want a cheap watch, but don't want something that's 10 grand either. Movado is one of the only watches that I've found that I like that goes with casual clothes or a suit. That's all I had to compare it to what I'm looking for. Know of some good watches?
