No refund from Empire 27 hours after crash

No answer to emails either. last crash i was at Party and was refunded within 6 hrs after the crash.....Empire?????? Nothing....Nadda

I had entered the Happy hour and I can't tell if I got refunded or not because I played ring games right away so I don't know what my account size was. I certainly haven't received a notification of the refund though.

Click on My Account - > Go to my account (website) In the client window of Empire.

Then on the pop-up internet browser select view my account activity. You should then be able to see if Empire added any money to your account (It will likely be marked 'refund')
