FLOP (200) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

boobee77 checks, bowboy83 checks, HERO bets $200

Reads: Blinds were loose preflop and passive postflop. Good line? Anyone raise preflop? Bet less postflop? Would you still fire with a J on the flop and two checks to you?

With deep stacks vs. low blinds along with short-handed play, I'm definitely raising this pf.

I agree with your post-flop bet, and would bet the same if a J fell and it was checked to me.

This is a clear open raise pf when it's 6 handed.

BB will call 5BB raise with Q5 sooted and the like. Does this affect your play?

Raise preflop, dont overbet the pot on the flop.

Im firing on pretty much every flop here.

Yes. I might raise 5BB instead of my usual 3.

I just don't like getting 30% of my stack in preflop and folding flops with two overs. I almost prefer pushing to raising 250/300 which it would take to fold out the blinds. This is probably a leak. Thanks for the feedback.
