purposeless middle manager rant

Most of the people in this department are so #*^%ing stupid that I find it surprising that they can wipe their @$$3$ without being reminded to eight times, receiving two memos detailing best practices, ROI projections, and corporate policy guidelines relating to said activity, being invited to (and then not showing up for) three meetings overviewing concepts and techniques, reading (then deleting and forgetting contents of) four e-mails summarizing action items for project completion, and interrupting me from important web-based research activities when it is already clearly too late to get the work done in a meaningful time frame to say, "uh, I forget what I was supposed to do with my @$$. Didn't you send an e-mail... ummm, was I supposed to wipe it or something? Or was Bob gonna take care of that?"
