Live $50-rebuy: flopping the psuedo nuts

$50 live rebuy last night w/ a bunch of complete donks....some had NEVER played before [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Blinds are 25/50 and Hero (I did not play this hand, friend did) is in the SB w/ Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and completes after 3 limpers, BB checks. Pot: T250

Hero has ~ T400, everyone else has Hero covered by a lot. Button has a mountain of chips. How does Hero proceed? However, given this is a rebuy Hero does not plan on rebuying as the structure is AWFUL and is -EV to do so, even w/ the level of play being terrible. (probably -EV to play to start with).
