Default 3-Handed K9o Gets a Bit Crazy

It's been over an hour since I played it and I'm still not sure whether I made a mistake in this hand. I realize that it might be difficult to analyze something 3-handed as it becomes very player dependant, still any feedback would be appreciated.

The history with this opponent is important. I had been playing at the same table for a long long time. A few hands of note.

Earlier, I raised J9s from mid in a 5 handed situation. The villian min-reraised. I flopped a top pair of jacks flush draw. Bet the pot on the flop, got called. Was min-check/raised on the turn. and checked behind a non-flush river ace to see a set of aces.

Later, against another opponent, I raised pre-flop twice and two times in a row my continuation bet on the flop was check-raised all-in, forcing me to fold. It might have shown the table that I was raising a bit loose.

Another hand, I call his raise in the blinds with 77. Flop a queen high, 3-flush board (I have the draw). I check/call a 3/4 pot bet on the flop. Check/call a 1/2 pot bet on the turn when I hit the flush. Then I donk the river for about 1/3 the pot when a fifth flush card comes making it a monotone board. He folds.

Later, I raise AQs and he calls from the blinds. Flop KTx, and he makes some comment about how his hand is tricky to play, then min-bets. I take that as weakness and raise a decent amount, he calls. We check it down and he shows QJo. So he knows I can raise the flop with nothing perhaps.

After that, a few people leave and we are down to 3-handed.

On this flop I like the bet, I would make it perhaps a little larger.

There is no need to make a HUGE pot on the flop, simply call the min-raise and proceed.

If he bets more than 1/2 pot on turn or river or if broadway cards come out I'd let this go.
