Default 40k Guaranteed hand, 99 in the sb vs. MP raise

MP3 in this hand has raised roughly once per round for the last 3 or 4 rounds. Last time I pushed, I was in bb with AKs with 3 limpers to my bb, I showed my hand.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t1000 (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP1 (t15682)
MP2 (t19680)
MP3 (t14056)
CO (t18956)
Button (t13955)
Hero (t9170)
BB (t13490)
UTG (t8270)
UTG+1 (t44706)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP3 raises to t2400, 3 folds, Hero...

1) Raise/Push or Call and see a flop?
2) Now assume MP3 will definitely call if I raise/push preflop. What should I do?

I probably push this and hope it's a coinflip. Judging by the stacks at your table, you need to gamble it up to get back in it.

seems like a great spot for a "resteal" (even though you have a legit hand). he could very well fold here, which would be great. i definitely push, especially given how active the player was.
