Villian seems too tight, 19/10/4 from 100 hands. I feel its unlikely villian has a K here, anyone agree?

In hand 1 I raise the turn check the river against a tight opponent, and bet against a loose one.

Hand 2 is probably a fold (its close), but I will usually call in the heat of the moment.
