Default KK out of position, sucky board

Partypoker NL100 5-handed. Villain is 24/15/2 over 150 hands. Saw him make big bluffs before. I have been playing pretty tight/ABC. Villain has $105. I have him covered.

PREFLOP: Villain opens from CO for $3.00. I reraise to $9.00 from SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Villain calls.

FLOP: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (pot: $19.00)
I bet $15.00. Villain calls.

TURN: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (Pot: $49.00. Villain has $80.00 left)
What do I do? Do I bet-fold? Check-call turn and check-call river? Check-raise all-in? Check-call turn and push river? If I bet turn and he calls, what do I do on the river? There are so many options, but I couldn't decide on any that I liked. Thanks for any help.

I would reraise 12 pre, flop is ok, turn 1/2-2/3 and fold to further aggression
