I met a kid last year in the dorms who had like 100 GBs of WAV files. That seems completely unnecessary to me.

I have 100 albums, but if you count all the stuff I burned to disc back when I had a tiny hard drive, it's probably double that.

I used to think that was a lot.

About 16GB (3k songs or so), all accumulated in the last 3 months. I had a good collection of 5k songs or so that I had been collecting for the last 7 years, but I accidentally forgot to back it up during my last reformat. So all the music I have right now was ripped directly from CDs (plus a good torrent of the beatles catalog).

I backup g00t.
