Default AQo with a scary flop.. who bets the turn?

CO is uber uber passive - 70% VPIP, 0% PFR, 0.1 AF. He checks/calls with anything. However, he is capable of making an occasional bizarre, out-of-the-blue bluff with absolutely nothing. He once called my PFR with J6o, check/called the flop and turn with nothing, then bet out on the river into two players.

BB is super loose and somewhat aggressive postflop.

The flop is pretty frightening, but their calls could mean anything - A-high, straight draws, single hearts, slowplayed flushes, two pair in the case of CO. BB's call means he might have a flush, or a draw to the flush, but if he isn't slowplaying a flush, then I have him beat. He would c/r with top pair or better.

So, who bets this turn?

I definitely bet. If either player has a flush/straight draw, you don't want to give a free card. I think if you are raised this is a pretty easy fold, given the fact that you only have middle pair, and that CO is passive and BB will only C/R with TP or better. So, bet the turn, fold to a raise is how I would play it.

I can see betting as the last money you put into the pot. If their ranges are so wide, you don't want to give up a free card and lose value.

I don't think so. If a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] falls on the river, I'm not putting any more money in, obviously. But I think on a blank river, you will almost definitely have a value bet against BB, and possibly against CO.

But, that's only if it's HU on the river. If it's still 3-handed, I don't want to bet the river, unless maybe a non- [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A or a Q comes out.

I think HU on a blank river is likely a value bet.

I think HU on a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] river I bet/fold too.

If CO is still in the hand, yes. But against BB, you obviously want to check behind. I don't hate a bet/fold on the river, even though I am usually too much of a puss follow through with it.

Looks like everyone's in agreement that this is a bet. When I reviewed the hand, my thought was "I should have bet that turn." Unfortunately, I did check behind, and folded when CO bet 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] river. CO had 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], BB had 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I pick g00t tables.
