CO seems pretty loose pasive. BB hasnt done anything stupid, hes got TAGish stats.

Igive up to soon? I just figured on the turn I had to be behind to at least one of them, so I gave up...figured the river shouldnt have changed my decision, if I was gunna call here, I shoulda bet the turn. I suppose raising could have been an option, but didnt really seem worth it.

thoughts?

I bet the turn. Although things look grim, you still might be ahead. It sucks if you don't bet, cuz then you might get bluffed on the river. If you arn't ahead on the turn, you do have plenty of outs.

I play it the same. BB is only calling (and not raising) this flop with a flush draw/broadway gutshot/Ace/or monster. All of those hands are ahead of you on the turn.

Never a worse jack or PP? PP seems doubtful, I agree, but jack seems plausible.

I would have called the river since you checked the turn, especially since the board paired.
