*yada yada yada* I will transfer first. Neteller doesn't work for me because I have only a cell phone.

Neteller requires a land line for an account. I only have a cell phone, not a land line. Since my sister works for Rogers (a cell phone company, amongst other things) I get a pretty sweet deal on my cell and do not need a land line.

When I talked to Neteller two years ago they informed me that I needed a land line. Perhaps they've changed, perhaps if I hadn't said anything it would have been fine, but that's what they told me.
