Default I\'m cured!!!!!

I have been avoiding MTTs for the past few weeks.

I wasnt feeling great about my play, and felt that it wasnt the +EV situation that it was earlier in the year.

Also, I had a job change, engagement, and a hard ass PHD class to deal with, so time was valuable.

Anyway, I spent some time trying to learn limit play. It is still a work in progress, but it has really helped my overall poker. Just playing that many hands through the river helps a ton. But mostly, with limit hold em, if you let bad beats bother you, you wont last long. It really drives home the long term aspect of this game.

Anyway, I played my first MTT in a while tonight. I felt great, my reads were noticably improved, my aggression was much better timed, and the kicker...

When I bust out restealing with T2 against a guy who liked to steal from late position and run into AK. I am happy with it. I know he was folding enough of his potential holdings to make my play correct. It doesnt bother me that I got unlucky with his actual hand....Cards happen!

That is all.

For those of you who dont understand the rakeback problem...

Imagine you played poker at your office whenever you wanted, and still collected a modest pay check. Now imagine, your boss caught on and fired you. You still make money playing poker, but not having that steady check at the end of the month hurts. Thats how many players are feeling about the party change.

That is REALLY all!
