knowing what the blinds are would be most helpful
here's a crude plan if the blinds are bleeding you fast:

guys like this like to see the flop so dont min raise you're desperate for those blinds and the only way you're going to get them is to force him to fold by going all in

run back through the hand histories and deduce the range of hands that he will raise you with if you complete from the big blind (X), then

from small blind: wait till you get a pair or ace and push the whole stack in...fold everything else

from big blind: compare your hand to X, fold if he raises and your hand is less than X, check if he completes and your hand is less than X then push it all in if you split-pair or overpair the board
