Default I don\'t cap my river nuts

I thought this river was interesting. His 3-bet has to mean an ace 95%+ of the time, and another raise would kick in more rake. I'm not sure this is even worth the time to think about, but would any of you cap here just in case he is a donkey with a 9? Comments on the rest of the hand appreciated too.

The rake increases at 12 I believe in the party .5/1 game. Since the pot is over 12$ when it's back to you, you can cap this. However his pfr and the line he took tend to look more like an ace than a hand with a 9 in it.

This is pokerstars, which (I believe) rakes per $5 in pot. The raise would push the pot over 15. The info line before the hand shows this, although i guess most people here play PP not PS.

If he's tight I raise the turn, but it's 1/2 so that won't happen often. I would cap the river. I don't really think about the rake when I'm in a hand. Basically I always cap the nuts. I think over the long run any increase in rake is mitigated by picking off the occasional wacko.
