Default Tracking your play

I'm not sure if this post is in the right area but Ill give it a shot.

I have recently moved away from all the casinos that I am legally able to play at(im 19 not a card counter or something). I did very well playing live and have taken a shot at online poker and ended up winning in the long run but nothing real major. So I want to start playing online seriously and want to do it right.
My question is-
What do you guys/girls consider the best program to track your play (hold em) and why?

thanks in advance!
