I just sat down and have no information on the villain. Was this hand played ok?

Re: 15/30 PP...Too Aggressive?
The hand is played very aggressive for just sitting down and playing king high. But it does give you a nice table image right away.

Re: 15/30 PP...Too Aggressive?
Interesting hand.
Preflop: I likely just call this, I'm not a big fan of raising KQ with an UTG limper (unless I know his VPIP and it is high). Against an unkown a raise is fine, button calling here messed everything up for you. Flop: fine Turn: I think this is a real tough spot. I'd like to hear others opinions on this.... but I think a bet/fold to a raise is OK. River: check/fold. He's calling you with any pair. You're not going to get called by a worse hand. Your only hope in betting is he folds a hand like ace high.... which alot of people on PP don't even do that. But then what do I know, I make a living out of calling the virtual nuts on the river fearing quads. |

The hand is fine until the river. Just check and hope he checks his weak flush draw behind you, but fold if he bets.
