I deposited $1000, used the bonus code but no bonus. Called support at Party, no wait on the phone and the bonus was added instantly as soon as I explained. The whole phone call from start to finish lasted only about two minutes. Pleasantly surprised.

Considering the fact that almost everyone who made a deposit had to call support to have the bonus credited, I'd hardly call this great customer support.

Although my bonus was credited quickly after I fired off an email.

Same here. Code did not work but after 2 minute call with support I had the bonus and was up and running.
