Do Total and Ukbetting convert dollars to pounds, or does neteller do that? Any advice on minimizing the conversion rate fees? And are americans allowed to play at both sites?

i'd heard a rumor that carib sun is now raked.
also true that classis seems to not be monthly.
as for totalbet and UK, i hear it's fine for americans to play there. i'm about to sign up for both, so hopefully all is well. i read in some post that they take out to 5%, but not actually sure of that. to be safe, deposit and withdraw as little as possible

I've signed up at totalbet and have put in my 5 hours. I got 5 emails saying the bonus has been credited to my account. However, when I go to the cashier it still shows a 25 pound difference between my balance and withdrawal limit. Anyone know how it works on this site?

Its a monthly casino bonus... i think its a 40x playthrough or something like that.
