TotalBet deduction still unresolved

Total Bet Poker took GBP 25 from my account. I know this has happened to others. Has anyone had this corrected? They keep telling me it's a bonus that expired and I keep telling them it was money that was mine and not a pending bonus. I keep e-mailing and phoning however no results. Just wondering if anyone got this resolved.
