Default Taking the pot away from a bluffer

This situation is about to come up in a home game i play in, mostly 1-table nl he tournies. One guy is a LAG and will bluff at seemingly random times, even when others clearly have a hand, so he loses almost always. Anyways, a solid tell was found today which i'll try exploit next time.

On the flop, if he bluffs and I have only ace high or maybe bottom pair, and if i just call he might bluff more on the turn what should i do?

Raise a small amount hoping to get called?
Push all-in to take the pot right there?
Call him down?
