Default Moneymaker\'s Book

Wow, I didnt know Moneymaker was a degerate pos. In his book he is 50k in gambling debt, baby on the way, and still gambling! Read 100 pages and returned it to the library.

How is he 50k in gambling debt? Was that before he won the WSOP?

Yeah. Good read though, I really enjoyed it. I have a lot of respect for how honest he is about all his faults.

Yes.. I agree! I really enjoyed this book also. Unlike other authors (i.e. Hellmuth) that blow their own horn, Moneymaker was incredibly honest and candid about his play, his luck, his mistakes and faults.

I know Moneymaker isn't the most respected player in the game but give him credit..he told it like it is and that is why I really enjoyed his book.

Do you believe he got his sports betting bankroll to 60k then lost it all in college though? I mean he wasnt handicapping at all, it just sounds suspicious. I find it very improbable.
