Seperate PLO8 and Limit O/8 Forums?

I haven't read all the replies in this post, but why not just make a 8/B forum with Stud and Omaha Hi/lo. Keep PLO8 under PLO. Dance a little jig.

How about just creating a "what emptyshell likes" forum with PLO8, some NLHE, a bunch of porn, and some articles on sadomasochism.

I think a separate forum would be much less confusing for those who are converting from limit Hold'em to limit Omaha/8.

Well, as you can see, Mat decided to make me a moderator of this forum in order to help decide this issue, I suppose, and because there was no moderator here.

I think having the members decide is the right thing, per the original poll.

Since the response was that PLO8 discussions should go into a new forum, and not here, I guess ideally that is where they will go. Unfortunately, Mat is not able to access 2+2 for a few days or a week, so for right now, no new forums can be created, nor do I even know if he will go for that.

I am NOT a moderator of the PLO forum, I don't believe there is one yet, so for right now, there is pretty much no way for me to move them around, even if we decide between here and there, I don't believe. I'll have to find out more about being a moderator. I'm pretty sure if Mat makes me a moderator of the PLO forum, then I can move them.

So anyway, post on. I'll also try to get some kind of FAQ together when I can. It's going to be a little slow going for me, for a while, due to chemo, but I can still work, just not as fast as normal.

I think I've been a member long enough to prove I can hang pretty well. Many people believed for a while that I was actually a guy. Now I've met too many 2+2er's for that to be in question. By some curse I am physically a woman, lol [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

At any rate, I sometimes post in OOT and go with the flow pretty well. I've been on the Internet too long to be offended by much. Carry on as usual.

1. I take it this means you feel well enough to take on the responsibility. This is great news. We are all pulling for you.

3. We need someone who can keep the yahoos in line.

1) I had to quit chemo. Long story, some day maybe I'll write about it, but right now, oy, what a nightmare. I should be getting over chemo-brain in a couple of weeks, but until then, I'll take it easy.
