Best way is to win the cab fare in he exaclibur, then take the cab to downtown.
If you're trying to save $$$ on a Vegas trip, then check out cheapovegas.com. It gives you the low down on food, poker rooms, etc.
But I do recommend to ipoen the wallet for the bufft at the Aladdin. For $25 you get it all. Tell the chef to grill the roast beef, tastes like a strip steak and leave room for dessert.

I beleve Sam's town run shuttles to both downtown and the strip.

But, I would rent a car. Vegas is among the cheapest places to do that. About $100 for the week.

Not when you are under 25.

It's not that big a deal, I just knew Binions had some pretty decent tournaments. I'll prolly stick to the strip.

If you want to play No-limit tournaments, check out the Imperial palace. They have poker classes at 11am and the newbies sign right up for the 1pm tourneys. I played there back in sept and finished 8th in a field of 60.

I'm really only looking for tournaments with a $100 buy in or higher, or rebuy tournaments where the avg is $150/person.
