Default I want to learn 6max! Can we get an Advice and FAQ sticky?

Can someone create an advice and FAQs for 6max and make a sticky post at the top of this forum???

There needs to be a better way to find what I am looking for than endlessly using the search button and sifting through posts.

PS Yeah I actually play poker when I am not in OOT.

6max isn't like learning a new style or anything, its just a laggier version of full ring.

Totally disagree. 6 max is vastly different from full ring games, and thats when the table has 6 players, very often there will be less than 6 and the game changes even more.

Yea, I agree, it is completely different. Odds become way less important and aggression importance goes through the ceiling. Instead of saying, do I have the odds to call? It's more like, do I have any semblence of a hand that I can raise with, maybe win there, or maybe make something out of it...or, worse case, maybe bluff it on river.

Thanks that helps alot!!!

I wonder why they don't have that as a sticky at the top like they do in some of the other forums?

So, what you're saying is, it's just a "different style" of full ring? So that's why it's not like learning a "new style?"
