Should I make a quite big raise and try to induce him to make a bad call / raise ? or should I go all-in immediately ?

I assume calling the all-in from MP1 is not even a possibility.

I assume folding for another 100$ with all that money in the pot is not even an option.

I would have raised more, to 80 or 100. Raising to 40 gives a low PP odds to call if you are going to get it all in.

I'm pretty sure that raising to $100 preflop in a 2/4 game is not anywhere close to optimal.

I said 80-100. It depends on the nature of the game. I don't see anything that bad with it, I'd rather win pf that play a big multiway pot. There are what 5 players already in the pot?

On 2nd thought 100 is too big, I didn't really look at all the stacks, I think 35 is not optimal.

What's your line?

A pot-size raise in the CO with KK should be fine.

When the shortstack pushes you obviously can't fold; I don't expect him to show AA too often and there is lots of money already in the pot. As for whether to call or reraise at that point it probably doesn't matter much. I think I'd push, but letting the BB choose to call off another $100 with something that's in really bad shape isn't going to cost you any EV.
