Default Cashing cheques at a US bank

Just wondering...is it possible to cash a cheque of an online poker site directly at an american bank and get cash for it? even if you don't have an account there and are not from the US?

was interested because im planning a trip to vegas and want to play fairly high stakes and dont want to mess with all these exchange rates. thanks

No.

YOu must have one of the following:

A check drawn on the bank you are cashing it at.
or an account with enough money to cover the check if it bounces.

Mabye check cashing stores will do it, but they will charge you a ton.

Good luck with that, it might be easier to deal with the exchange rates.
