Default cant trust pokerstars..100/200

hand like always.

100/200 i have AKo in the SB and its 3-handed. button raises, i 3-bet, BB caps, button calls.

flop comes KT6 r and i bet, BB calls, button raises, i 3bet, BB folds and button caps.

turn is 9 making a flushdr. i bet and get raised and i call

river is the 7 making a 3-flush.

you guessed it. i lose to AcJc for the flush. this just doesn't make sense and this is NOT an isolated example.

The Button's play is LAG, but what do you expect in a 3-handed 100/200 game?

I don't see any signs of a conspiracy here. If you're uncomfortable, then don't play online for these stakes.

Everyone who plays at this level at this site plays that way. give them 33 and they play like it's AA. He was trying to push you off a possible low pocket and he was banging his 4 outer that turned into a 12 and got lucky, nothing more then that.......

i must admit i was tilting when i posted this, but to say that this is anyway near decent play is absurd as well.

certainly not everyone plays like that. i was a bad (tilt) statement on my part when i said i cant trust pokerstars, but plays like this are so -ev its criminal.

again, even if its 3-handed there's no way you can justify his play imo.

no. when i said that this was not an isolated example i meant that.

btw..this thread is utterly useless (mostly my fault). so it's better that it gets buried under a lot of posts.

Never Lose and the Count play like the style you describe, so does PieJay. They are all longterm winners at that game....

I must agree with part of what your saying. I certainly don't know about this particular hand, however I believe that 100/200 stars is considered to have the biggest threat of collusion. Based upon what I have read on this forum, other forums, and just from using some common sense. People who collude effectively don't waste their time at .5/1 (not for long at least), naturally the higher limits make collusion more worthwhile.

At the same time I am not sure about stars, but at party you can email the support witht he names of people you think might be colluding. They emaield me back in about 2 days with a whole list of things they investigated about the players. I was actually impressed Of course they might have been lying about actually investigating.. who knows
