Buddy List Requirements

What are your minimum requirements for adding a buddy to your online list? Is it a certain VPIP you look for or other stats/reads? Please state the level you play at because ranges obviously differ at each level.

I know some people add friends or 2+2ers to their lists. No need to comment on that action. I want to know the factors that make a BAD player buddy listable. Also, there are already several good posts on table selection so we do not need to get into that topic too much.

I searched through several forums to find a similar buddy list post but could not fine one. Sorry if I missed something. I debated putting this subject in the Zoo, but I decided it was more strategy related and belonged here.
