Default min raise late in tourny

at what blind levels would you say the minimum raise is the best play assuming you have a good amount of chips, its 5 handed and you started with 20 people in a 30$ 1000 chip sit n go. normally i raise 3-4x the big blind but late in the tourny this is unessisary, what do you think?

The ONLY time I would EVER min-raise in the tournament you described with 5 left is when the blinds are at least 300/600 AND I have AA or KK. Any other raisable hand, and I'm just going all in.

IF I've seen villian fold to a min-raise before, then I may attempt it. Apart from that I wouldn't, unless the sort of situation that was described above with AA/KK and high blinds.

If I have been pushing lots of hands, I love to throw a min-raise in there. Everyone assumes I must have a monster now and turbo-folds... works great.
