So what if you lead the flop and he doesn't raise? Then you simply keep on betting unless a K or J falls off. He's got broadways enough of the time to warrant betting, but what happens if he raises the turn? This is consistent with an Ace and its pretty hard to pull off a delay bluff like that, so you'd probably have to fold. Remember he'll only have a hand that you beat 46% of the time here and he'd have to be bluffing a good amount of times on a turn raise for you to call.

But what if you get raised on the river? this is also consistent of an A as well. However it is more likely than it would be on the turn to be a bluff imo. A missed broadway will raise the river a fair amount of time. So if you get raised on the river in this spot, he's either got you or is bluffing. Depending on confuzzed's bluffing frequency you should act accordingly, but it usually leads to folds.

if you lead the flop/turn and are not raised, shouldn't he check-call the river to prevent or possibly induce a bluff? what worse hand will call his river bet?

ahaha whatev. i did the whole thing without proofreading.

personally despite everything that i wrote here, i think peeling off a card is probably correct to see if he'll be the turn.

btw, you don't raise KTs in the blinds after a billion limpers at 15/30?

I do sometimes, though I'm in a weird phase where I'm experimenting with more passive preflop play in spots. I actually just called with AKo in the SB last night but we won't talk about that.

On the other hand I would very much like to talk more about your preflop raise-fold to my 3bet.

Just close your eyes and don't stop clicking raise. That's what i always do when I get stuck, and it's worked for me every time.

I'd probably fold preflop. As is, most hands you would get raised with here have you smoked. All you beat is 99-22.

Default Results...Kinda...

Preflop: meh, i think limping here is fine, obviously most of the time cnfzzed isn't gonna raise me (im pretty sure he knew i was a 2+2er, not sure if it matters here though)...

Flop: I checked, Cnfzzed bet, LP folded, I called...
Turn: some small card came off...I check/folded...i figured that if i just called the flop then he might check behind on the turn with hands that i beat and that i could check/call the river if a blank came off, i didn't really want to bet the river cuz i don't want to get raised...

perhaps cnfzzd will share his hand...

Check call, check fold isn't a bad way to go, especially if you would play your ace hands that way on the flop sometimes (which you should).

Preflop that limp is probably no good in an online 3-6 game.
