I've been labeled an advantage player

Played at the BJballroom for thir 400 bonus. Played in pounds and bet at 10 and 5 pound bets to clear their bonus on auto. Did no cover. Finished at 1025 for a plus 25 ( or -375 on the bonus ). Cashed out. A week later decided to try Golden Tiger. Made a deposit no bonus. Spoke with support - no bonus I'm an advantage player???

Cashed out without playing.

Some advantage was minus dollars with netteller's cut.

Any advice?

Casino Rewards is now labeling pretty much everyone who only meets the minimum wagering requirements an advantage player. They suck.

Same thing happened to me but I had depostied $1500 of my own money over the past year. I called support only to find out why I was banned. Support couldn't figure out why and decided to forward it to management.

At that point I just told the dude to made a decision. If they don't want to give me my bonus then I would like my account closed because I would play elsewhere where they offer promotions. What kind of idiot would continue to play here without promotions?

The bonus was in my account the next day.
