How to play rebuy with only one shot

Hey All,
I won a seat in tonights Empire $15,000 rebuy tournament.
I can'r rebuy because of lack of funds right now.
I'm thinking that my strategy should be a regular tight aggressive strategy, and hope I catch cards to keep up with the stacks that can rebuy. I'm going to be agressive with hands that I might double up on, and hope I get lucky.

Any other advice?[img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Play super-tight during the rebuy period. Other people are gonna be going nuts.

As with any other game, you want to choose +EV situations. Don't be afraid to put all your chips in with a maniac whose pushing crap, if you think you have him beat.

If the situation comes where you have to gamble but are the favorite, you must be willing to take that chance. Just make sure you are the favorite [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

1 Don't let anyone know that you can't rebuy.

2 I don't think just playing super premium cards is going to do it for you. You need to double up, preferably triple up during the first hour just to get to the level of a person who rebuys once and takes the add-on (assuming their structure is the same as stars) and then sits out.
