game time with multiple party skins

I posted this in the computer tech help section but I didn't get a response so I will give it a shot here. I am multitabling empire and party poker and was wondering how to get gamtime layovers over the empire tables. I get them to appear over the party tables but gametime won't let me select the party tables. I think that it has to do with my empire screen name is not who pokertracker recognizes as me, it is my pary one that it thinks is me. Is there anyway around this maybe to combine the two screen names into one?
