go all in and take it down without a showdown

or

be ethical and tell the tournament director that there are two 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]'s in the deck.

Click "multi-table tournaments" under the "Tournament Poker Heading" because after posting this the back button on the browser won't help.

You 'accidentally' knock your chips over, spilling some on the floor. As you pick your chips up, you swap your 9c for the As you have hidden in your sock. Then check-raise all-in.

heh, a couple of people seemed to have missed it, so just to point it out in the op:

there are two 9c in the deck, its a misdeal. will you be ethical or risk taking the chiplead?
